PROPERTY DYNAMICS, LLC (the"Company") is a newly-formed real-estate investment fund organized for the express purpose of investing in and/or developing raw land and fully entitled developed residential, commercial and industrial land, or discounted and distressed properties in selected real estate markets primarily in Salt Lake, Utah and Davis county areas. Our objective is to generate enhanced returns on our investments and generate distributions which we can distribute to our investors. We do not have corporate officers or directors, and are managed by our Manager, PROPERTY DYNAMICS MANAGEMENT, LLC, who has been delegated to make all decisions concerning our operations, including purchases, development and sales and other activities. The Company offers real estate development, general contracting, and project management services in single-family housing, multi-family housing, townhomes, and commercial markets. Continued housing affordability and decreased inventory home levels in most markets resulted in solid financial and operational performance for the overall homebuilding and land development sectors. We believe that recent job growth, increased household formations and improved confidence among potential homebuyers support generally steady, if tempered, growth for these sectors over the next several years.

Initially focusing in Salt Lake, Utah and Davis counties, we are committed to our greater plan of strategically positioning ourselves in many of the top housing markets in the country and will seek to actively source land in well-located communities within those locations.

Total home closing revenue was $2.5 billion for the year ended December 31, 2015, increasing 18.2% from $2.1 billion for 2014. Total home closing revenue for the year ended December 31, 2014 was 20.1% higher than the $1.8 billion recorded for the year ended December 31, 2013. As land purchase prices rise in most markets, as well as increased labor costs, the Company believes that significant revenue opportunities can be realized through efficiencies gained in the building process due to the highly skilled nature of its management and outside contractors.
